Good Morning Cott Family

I just wanted to take a minute and jot down things that Tanner and Hallie said this morning. You just gotta love kids.

Tanner was telling me how he was SO GLAD that he slept all through the night without waking up. I was a little surprised at his comment. But what followed filled me with happiness and hope. He said. "I guess I didn't wake up because I prayed three times last night that I would sleep good."

I think I am going to tuck this little memory in the "parental success" category.

Later, Tanner was explaining some capture the flag rules to Hallie. He was telling her that you needed to "disarm" the opponent. I knew Hallie was all confused when she asked him how to put the arms back on after you were finished playing. I totally cracked up.

Gotta love it. Kids are great.
