Jetlag? What's that? No really. I have adjusted extremely well.
Driving in Europe? Done that. I took my brother in law to the train station twice without incident. That is probably my limit though.
I wish I had my camera cord to show you. I'll post my pics later. It is so gorgeous here.
I did go for a run. Just a few miles. I ran through little villages, through fields, past show horses and barns full of cow. It was all very charming. Like a dream. With the Alps in the background across the lake.
Cheese? Haven't ventured too much there. Actually not at all. I put cheddar on the enchiladas that I made. Does that count? Didn't think so. You should see the yogurt aisle at the store. Amazing. One full length aisle, both sides, all packed full of hundreds of different kinds of yogurt. Yummy. Not enough time to taste them all.
I think that this weekend we will find a crepery (spelling) to try. I think it would be unwise to skip going out for authentic crepes. The only problem will be trying to decide which kind. Okay, that won't be the only problem. Language barrier. That is always my problem.
It sounds like everyone back home is doing very well. That makes it a lot easier for me to enjoy my stay. Thank goodness for a perfectly capable, loving hubby to hold down the fort while I am gone.
